What is your return policy for boutique items?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and hair accessories are final sale.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our boutique.
Are your fabrics safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. At Sweet E's, we prioritize high-quality materials like organic cotton, bamboo, and linen to ensure our clothing is soft, breathable, and gentle on your child's delicate skin.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes! You can select our 'Gift Wrap' option at checkout. We will package your items in our signature Sweet E's box with a handwritten note and remove all pricing from the packing slip.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of placement and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
